Klauke Industries design and manufacture complete stand-by and peak-load plants, container units and special units ranging from 1 to 1250 kVA. For some years the industrial plant supplier Klauke, a resident company close to Hamburg, is since 1999 partner to the team SAUBER PETRONAS as supplier of electrical generators and emergency generators.

In the 2005 season, Klauke will support Team SAUBER PETRONAS with new low-noise units, complete with V-twin motors, electronic starters and the control panel to monitor operating parameters. These ultra light units with optimised noise and vibration characteristics are used to supply power to both the service cars on the starting grid and the high-pressure refuelling rigs during the race.
